Carlos catered a large Christmas event for us and the food was outstanding! There was plenty for seconds and he topped it all off with a homemade hot apple crisp and vanillaBean ice cream!We’ve already rebooked for next Christmas to ensure another delicious meal!

Wow! Talk about amazing food! Probably the best poutine I've ever had! I went in with a group of nine others and they set up a nice long table for us all to sit together. We ordered different poutines to share and they came out quickly and they were amazing! I personally had the daily Burger special and it was Dynamite! Serving sizes were good, nobody left hungry, and You could tell everything was homemade! Dinner here was definitely the talk of our weekend trip. Service was amazing! 10/10 would recommend! And I will definitely be back!

If I told you that Carlo and his wife Marnie were wonderful people, it would be the biggest understatement of all time. I would go there just to see these two. Do you want your day to go better? Go to Carlos's Cucina. Great food and great people. Oh, and bring your appetite! Can't wait to go back!!!

Brought my 18 year old grandson from the city to Carlos Cucina today! He is a connoisseur of burgers! He ordered chili fries & a Harbour burger - he was blown away! He said “Amma this is truly the best burger I have ever had!” He wound up ordering an Odin burger “to go” for late night “snack!” He was very impressed and now wants to bring his Mom to share his great experience!Carlo’s wife Marnie ( I think is her name) treated us royally!Can hardly wait to come back - really worth the trip from Winnipeg!out of 5!!!!!

The food is so good. Especially enjoy the boardwalk. Drive over 30 min just to enjoy this exceptional burger. Definitely recommend

There's a full menu, but Hamburgers are there Specialty. Amazing Burgers, a must stop when in Gimli. Amazing staff, friendly and family oriented. And did I mention Amazing Hamburgers. My family Loves Carlo's Cucina's.

Yum! We went to try out Carlo’s Cucina’s pizza special tonight. Wow! We had the Godfather and it did not disappoint. The crust was absolutely delicious…nice chew and very flavourful. The pizza was loaded! Mini meatballs, spicy calabrese, bacon, roasted garlic and honey drizzle. Great combo. We could only get through half of it. It’s not on their regular menu so when you see it as a special run! Their burgers are epic. They won Le Burger week in Canada multiple times. If you haven’t tried them out, do! You won’t be disappointed. Great service. Everyone is so friendly. Love this place.
